Terms for using this website.

This website

The pages describe the product and how to get in touch. They are not an offer that becomes a contract when you load them. A quote, and any agreement to install or run the product, is a separate conversation.

The contact form

The form on the home page opens an email in your own mail app, or — if none is set up — lets you copy the message or open it in Gmail or Outlook in the browser. Nothing is sent until you press Send there. We use what you send to reply, and to tell you whether the product would work on your doors. How that information is handled is on the privacy notice.

Quotes

A number we give you is an estimate based on what you told us is on the doors. It is not a standing price list, and it does not book an installation on its own.

The guest link

The private link a host sends during a stay is a separate product page, used to open a door. These terms do not cover that page, and using this website does not create one.

If you become a customer

The terms for the product itself are sent then, not here. Until that happens, looking at this site and writing to us does not put either of us under those terms.
