Pricing

What it costs, and what moves the number.

Every building's doors are different, so the honest answer is a quote rather than a table. Here is exactly what we look at to produce one, and what you are and are not paying for.

We price per property, after we know what is on your doors. The page below is the whole of what goes into that number — there is nothing further down the funnel.

What moves the price

  • How many doors a guest has to pass. A single front door is the simple case. A shared street door plus an apartment door is the common one.
  • What is already fitted. Working with an existing intercom or lock costs less than adding hardware where there is none. Most buildings need less than owners expect.
  • How many units. One apartment, or a few hundred across several buildings, changes the shape of the deployment.
  • The entrance itself. Intercom systems vary far more than apartment doors do, and it is the entrance that decides most of the work.

What you are not paying for

  • No cost to the guest, ever. They open a web page. There is no app to buy, no account to create and nothing charged to them.
  • No new locks you did not ask for. The system is designed to keep the locks and intercoms already fitted. Replacing hardware is a last resort, not the business model.
  • No key desk retainer. The monthly fee a nearby key desk charges to hold your spares — whether or not anybody checks in that month — goes away, along with the set of your keys in someone else's hands.

How to get a number

Tell us how many units you run and what is on the doors today. The brand on the intercom panel is usually enough for us to come back with something concrete. If it turns out your entrance is one we cannot work with yet, we will say so rather than sell you hardware to force it.
