How we handle the details you send us.
The contact form asks for your name and email so we can reply. Nothing on this website stores that message. Here is what is asked, what happens to it, and how to ask us to stop.
What the contact form asks for
The form on the home page asks for your name and email, and optionally how many units you run and what is on the doors today. Name and email are what we need to reply. The rest helps us tell you whether this would work on yours.
The form does not send us anything by itself
Pressing Contact us does not post those details to this website. It opens an email in your own mail app, already filled in, for you to send. Until you press Send there, we have nothing. If no mail app opens, the same page offers Copy, Open in Gmail and Open in Outlook — still nothing reaches us until you send it.
The property setup form
Customers who have already signed up get a separate form that works the same way. It asks for the property address, how to reach you, where to post the devices, the building Wi-Fi, and which doors to open. A half-finished copy stays in this browser so you can come back to it; the Wi-Fi password is never kept there.
What stays in your browser
The theme toggle remembers light or dark on this device. That is the only thing the public pages keep, and it never leaves the device. This site does not set a tracking cookie.
If you do send the email
We use what is in it to reply, and — if you become a customer — to set up the property. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for anything else.
Asking us to stop, or to delete what you sent
Use the same contact form and say so. We will not have a copy until an email from you has actually arrived. If you have already sent one, we will delete what we hold of it when you ask.
This page is this website. The private guest link a host sends during a stay is a separate page, used to open the door. It is not a marketing form, and it is not what this notice describes.
